Yes. Our team of attorneys is licensed to practice law across various States in the US.
Our attorneys are licensed or experienced in all in major US legal markets, including: NY, NJ, CA, PA, FL, TX, IL, GA etc. Additionally, GreenPoint’s attorneys have significant federal and appellate court experience.
Our attorneys are also available in a legal support capacity to matters out-of-state consistent with local laws, rules, and requirements.
GreenPoint attorneys are senior practitioners with a minimum of five years of experience in US jurisdictions.
GreenPoint’s services are limited to remote legal support – drafting, research, and review tasks across different practice areas and deliverables.

We utilize SFTPs (Secure File Transfer Protocols) when dealing with client documents, with all files being maintained in strict confidence with our team.
Requests are always welcome, and we will try our best to accommodate requests for a specific GreenPoint attorney. However, we cannot guarantee the assignment of a specific attorney to a project as it would be dependent on their current obligations and the matter’s deadline.

Ethics, Professional Conduct, and Security
Yes. All of GreenPoint’s attorneys are licensed practitioners across different jurisdictions in the U.S. and are bound by the same Legal Ethics and Rules of Conduct as other members of the bar.
Yes, GreenPoint attorneys are all bound by principles of privilege and confidentiality. Short of a court order, GreenPoint never discloses privileged and confidential matters to external parties without a valid court order
Our attorneys are also available in a legal support capacity to matters out-of-state consistent with local laws, rules, and requirements.
No, GreenPoint attorneys do not maintain a direct relationship with your client and do not engage in representative advocacy. GreenPoint does not work with your client directly unless it’s an extraordinary circumstance and your consent is received in that regard.
GreenPoint maintains an attorney work product relationship with you (the attorney), your team, and your practice.
Yes, so long as the necessary disclosures are provided to our Project Management team and attorneys we cross-check for any potential conflicts of interest.
Ordinarily, GreenPoint will not proceed with the project if there’s a conflict of interest with our assigned attorney. We will only proceed if the client expressly and knowingly waives the conflict.
GreenPoint carries Errors & Omissions (E&O) malpractice insurance.
The Project Management Process
To initiate a relationship with GreenPoint, please contact us here After sending a request, a member of our Project Management Team will schedule a brief kick-off call to quote you a price and discuss our services. Following the call, you will receive a copy of our standard Engagement Letter and Legal Assignment Sheet along with further information on how to proceed.
After connecting with our Project Management team, an assignment can be initiated at any time with GreenPoint.
After an initial kick-off call, our Project Management team will share a copy of our standard Legal Assignment Sheet, which can be utilized to initiate a matter with us at any time. We also accept requests via email or phone if the matter is pressing.
Ordinarily, we require an overview of the project/deliverable, along with the budget and deadline to initiate a matter.
Once our Project Management team receives your assignment – comprising a project overview, deliverable, budget, and deadline – we immediately begin confirming a GreenPoint attorney for your project.
Attorneys are assigned based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to – the project’s deliverable, practice area, bar licensures, the deadline/attorney’s availability, etc.
Once your GreenPoint attorney has confirmed they can take up your project, our Project Management team will introduce you to them directly so the work can commence.
Indeed, once your attorney is assigned to your project, they are your ‘associate on demand’ and they are available to discuss all matters with you candidly and confidentially. We encourage our attorneys to maintain a consultative relationship with our clients and always hold lines of communication with them.
In the unlikely event that your attorney is unreachable, our Project Management team can be reached at any time.
In the unlikely event that you’re displeased or unsatisfied with your attorney, you can of course request a replacement from our Project Management team.
No, GreenPoint attorneys draft work product down to the signature line but cannot directly file actions on behalf of your clients.
Pricing & Billing
We bill hourly for our legal services. The hourly rate will be discussed and agreed upon through an initial call with our Project Management team, as with other project-specific billing arrangements.
GreenPoint only proceeds with a project after receiving a budget cap or estimate from our clients. This would be the range or number of hours that will be allocated to a specific project, and GreenPoint will not go over budget without your express permission. This in turn helps your practice to budget its outsourced services costs carefully and predictably.
At the start of the next calendar month after your project’s completion, we will send you a detailed invoice with a measurable breakdown of the work completed by your GreenPoint attorney. You will only be billed for the actual time spent on your project.
We accept payments through wire transfers, Zelle, credit cards, and (in some circumstances) cheques. Please note that there is a 3% charge assessed on credit card payments.
Yes, GreenPoint only bills for the actual time spent by our attorneys on a specific project.
No. GreenPoint’s hourly fees are all-inclusive.
No. GreenPoint’s attorneys will only go over the budgeted hours after discussing it with a client and receiving their direct permission to proceed.
GreenPoint offers ‘volume discounts’ for sizable projects that exceed a certain billable hour threshold. These volume discounts must be discussed and agreed upon at the start of a specific project. Please contact one of our team members to learn more.
